I was happy with the quick service. I had come to have 'Change Oil Soon' removed from my notification because the oil was changed 3 weeks ago, but the alert hadn't been removed. It was done quickly but I had to return because another message 'Trip A 221 mi.' then showed up & the miles kept increasing. Kaitlyn then removed it herself, quickly & correctly this time!
Experience was great! Went brk problem fixed it and sensor. While there found leak n radiator. Scheduled repair & it's replaced. Serv repo kept me informed.

Not happy that i have to replace rear brakes and pads already, just bought the car end of April and only 2,000 miles which most is highway. Front are at a 10 and rear only a 2, would think this would have been taken care of during inspection before car was sold

I was passing through Sturgeon Bay on vacation and had some engine trouble that required immediate attention. I was able to bring my vehicle in and Jonathan Klotz and Josh Stack saved the day! They were able to quickly accommodate, diagnose, and repair my vehicle with the nicest disposition and willingness to help. Absolutely long but worth it. The knowledge that Brian brought to the table is was made my deal happen was over the top. H e took the time to find the rebates to make this happen for my family. The Chevy garage is gonna remain the flag ship for Sturgeon bay and Door county. Guys like Brian make deals happen because they are not afraid to spend the time it takes !
